Summer reading has begun - all reading counts towards it, so come pick up your raffle tickets or bingo cards!

This year, the summer reading theme is "Read, Renew, Repeat" - so programs this summer will not provide beverages. Please bring a refillable waterbottle to use at our coolers!

Welcome to Kids Summer Reading 2024!
Click here to register online for the Kids Summer Reading program, Read, Renew Repeat for Pre-K through rising 6th graders! It is this registration that we will use to track prizes and contact winners - so double check the best contact information to give us!
Once you register, come by the library to choose a book off the Summer Reading Registration Book Cart to celebrate the start of Summer Reading! [While supplies last]
Reading Journal
Pick up a journal from the Library to keep track of the books you've read throughout the summer. Visit every week to receive a star or other small sticker to mark each title!
Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets will be available at the library starting June 1st or can be downloaded and printed here.
Write your completed books on the back of the raffle ticket.
Once you’ve filled out both sides of the raffle ticket, bring it to the library to enter into the giant raffle jar! Then you can start on your next ticket. 5 books read = one raffle ticket.
Earn a USS Constitution Pass at with your first raffle ticket at five books read!
Prizes
At the end of June, July and August we'll draw names for different prizes. Several names will be drawn from the giant raffle jar for monthly prizes. When your name is drawn, you will be contacted and can make your choice of prize from the ones available!

GRAND PRIZES of a Nintendo Switch Lite and an American Girl doll will be pulled at the end of August.

Bingo Cards
This year, we have Summer Reading Bingo! The Bingo cards will be available at the library starting June 1st or can be downloaded and printed, see links below. Once you’ve completed a row (or more) in any direction up, down, or diagonal, fill out the back side of the card and bring it to the library to enter into the raffle jar! One complete row = one raffle ticket. Each card contains two raffle tickets. Then pick up your next card, complete as many as you like.
